The coffee was cold and the club biscuit a distant memory but nevertheless a hugely enjoyable show thanks to a stunning live session from Rita Payne, hardest working band in Donny. If you've not seen em live you're probably a hermit and doubtful that you're reading this which puts it down as one of the most futile sentences ever. Still it's out there now. Catch RP live at Mason's tonight and/or Doncaster Folk Festival Special Event tomorrow night at The Ukrainian Club. FYI my club was mint and not Ukrainian.
I've decided to post a full set list of every show. I'm forever getting 'who was that by' txts way after  the song's gone and I've moved on. A shocking memory combined with illegible handwriting means you'll never know hence the play listing here.
So, the weekend. LIE INS AHOY!!!!!!!! Warm ones. Which means I'll wake up at 5am with a freezing dangly arm. Don't ask. Tonight involves steak, tomorrow a gay engagement party with many a surprise in store and Sunday, well, Sunday's just Sunday.
